Arsenal have completed the signing of Christos Tzolis from Club Brugge on a long-term contract. Christos Tzolis joins Arsenal after two productive seasons in Belgium, with the Greece international taking the No 17 shirt.
The 24-year-old made 108 appearances for Club Brugge, scoring 43 goals and providing 45 assists. He won the Belgian Cup in 2025 before helping the club claim the league title last season.
Arsenal confirmed the transfer on Thursday and said Tzolis had already joined Mikel Arteta’s squad for pre-season training. The move remains subject to the completion of regulatory processes.

Tzolis began his senior career with PAOK before joining Norwich City in 2021. His time at Carrow Road included loan spells with FC Twente and Fortuna Düsseldorf, where he rebuilt his confidence and established himself as a consistent attacking threat.
He moved to Club Brugge in July 2024 and quickly became an important player on the left side of their attack. Tzolis was named Belgian Pro League Player of the Season in successive campaigns and produced strong numbers in domestic and European competition.
Sporting director Andrea Berta described Tzolis as a versatile forward who can operate across the front line. He also highlighted the winger’s finishing with both feet, technical ability and work in tight spaces.
ReadArsenal previously reported that Arsenal were preparing to announce Tzolis after reaching an agreement with Club Brugge. His arrival gives Arteta another option from the left following Leandro Trossard’s departure.
Tzolis has made 34 senior appearances for Greece and arrives with previous Premier League experience. Competition for places remains strong, but his ability to fill several attacking roles should help Arsenal across a demanding domestic and European schedule.
