Arsenal have received a major Bradley Barcola transfer warning, with Paris Saint-Germain determined to keep the France international this summer.
David Ornstein says Arsenal have discussed Barcola as an attacking option. However, the Gunners have not made an active move for the winger.
Speaking through The Athletic FC, Ornstein revealed that PSG want to agree a new contract with Barcola rather than sanction his departure.
The French champions would also demand considerably more than Manchester City paid for Elliot Anderson before considering a sale.

Barcola has two years remaining on the contract he signed after joining PSG from Lyon in 2023. The deal currently runs until June 2028.
Ornstein suggested the 23-year-old has not agreed an extension and could be open to leaving Paris. However, PSG’s reluctance to sell makes an immediate Arsenal move unlikely.
The Gunners have been linked with Barcola since losing Morgan Rogers to Chelsea. ReadArsenal previously reported that Arsenal have made no fresh contact with PSG or Barcola’s representatives.
Mikel Arteta still wants another major attacking addition before the new season. Barcola would provide a natural option from the left, but PSG’s valuation could take the transfer beyond Arsenal’s preferred spending range.
The club recently refused to match Chelsea’s £117million offer for Rogers after valuing the Aston Villa attacker at £80million.
Arsenal may therefore need Barcola to reject PSG’s contract proposal before negotiations become realistic. His current deal gives the French club a strong position, although the situation could change if extension talks continue to stall.
For now, Barcola remains a player Arsenal admire rather than an active transfer pursuit.
