Arsene Wenger was once notoriously known for giving youngsters a chance. Over his 20 years as Arsenal manager, he has given several young stars a chance, which has led those players on to great careers. Players like Ashley Cole, Cesc Fabregas and more recently Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere have all paved their way through the youth system.
The north London side’s youth system has seen a lot of hype surround it, and Wenger seems to be looking to prepare for life after his reign as Arsenal boss. The Frenchman has bought several youngsters over the past few years, with the most recent addition coming in as Kelechi Nwakali, 17, who recently revealed he will join in the summer on a five-year contract.
