Arsenal faced Newcastle United on Saturday afternoon, a journey which is always long and nervy for supporters, but the north London side came away from St. James’ Park with all three points, thanks to a winner from… Fabricio Coloccini.

Newcastle’s sparky forward Aleksandar Mitrovic was sent off early in the game after his horrendous stamp on Arsenal’s midfield general Francis Coquelin, who seemed to be targeted for most of the 90 minutes by the north East side.
Arsenal should arguably have had a penalty early in the first half, with Hector Bellerin being brought down by Newcastle new-boy Florian Thauvin, but Arsene Wenger’s men have come away with yet another three points, which makes it seven for the season thus far.
