David Ornstein reports Arsenal are preparing a fresh bid of around £60m for Bruno Guimaraes, with personal terms already agreed and the Newcastle midfielder having made clear he wants the move. Fabrizio Romano puts Newcastle’s starting point closer to £90m, so there is ground to cover yet.
