Paulo Sousa is the latest name to be linked with a move to Arsenal, with the managerial merry-go-round in full swing.
A host of names have already been linked with the Gunners and according to reports in France, Sousa’s entourage have confirmed the interest from Arsenal.
Currently in charge of Bordeaux in Ligue 1, claims of interest from Arsenal has come as a surprise to many. These fans on social media are not particularly keen on the idea of him replacing Unai Emery in North London.

While it has been reported that Arsenal are looking towards the cheaper targets, the links to Sousa simply don’t make any sense.
He’s someone who has never managed at the very top across Europe and he hasn’t managed to seriously impress in the dugout since his time at Basel back in 2016.
Sousa has won league titles in Hungary, Switzerland and Israel but that’s not exactly what Arsenal fans want to hear.
When you see names like Carlo Ancelotti and Mauricio Pochettino being talked about among supporters, this would be quite the downgrade.
