Liverpool ready to move for Arsenal target Dejan Kulusevski

Liverpool have joined Arsenal in the race for in-demand Atalanta midfielder Dejan Kulusevski.

The Gunners reportedly made an enquiry regarding a move for the Sweden international last month.

Premier League rivals Manchester United, Southampton and Wolves have all been tracking the 19-year-old, who is on loan at fellow Italian outfit Parma.

Inter Milan and Juventus are also keeping tabs on the teenager following his impressive start to the Serie A season.

However, according to FcInterNews, relayed by Sport Witness, the Reds are now looking to secure his services ahead of an official move in the summer.

Atalanta president Antonio Percassi is demanding at least €35m (£29.7m) for Kulusevski’s services, but that price tag could increase with multiple sides keen.

Kulusevski is quickly developing into a creative and attacking midfielder, something the Gunners may need when Dani Ceballos heads back to Real Madrid at the end of the season.

He’s scored three goals and provided five assists in 14 appearances so far, and if he can continue his impressive form, the Gunners may well decide to rival theReds in the coming months.
