Barcelona have reportedly been left furious after missing out on a deal to sign Gabriel Martinelli over the summer.
The 18-year-old joined the Gunners ahead of this season from Brazilian club Ituano.
He was heavily linked with a number of teams before completing a move to London and Mundo Deportivo report that the player even had a trial at Barcelona back in January.

This makes for a pleasant change for the Gunners and how relieved they will be to know it was them who got their hands on Martinelli in the end.
He has been a revelation since arriving in London and continues to impress fans with his potential.
His form in both the League Cup and the Europa League has seen him seriously push for a regular spot in the Premier League after scoring seven goals in all competitions so far.
Over the years, Arsenal have missed out on a number of players to some of Europe’s elite, so to hear these reports shows that the club can still mix it with the best and attract some of the world’s most promising young footballers.
