Arsenal will hope to keep their winning run going in the league when they face Bournemouth at the Emirates on Wednesday under the lights.
The Gunners got the better of Southampton on Sunday to reclaim fourth spot in the table after Manchester United drew to Liverpool.
Amidst European intervention, Unai Emery’s men have won four of their last five league games after the West Ham debacle. Hence, in general, the league form has improved in 2019, which is a sign of things to come.
They will now be up against a Bournemouth side, who haven’t been at their best of forms since the turn of the year, but still play attractive football under Eddie Howe.
The Cherries have enough in them to trouble this Arsenal team, especially the back-line.
In terms of injuries, Stephan Lichtsteiner has a lower back problem and Alex Iwobi is still out. Emery might rotate his line-up with the North London derby around the corner 72 hours after this game.
