Unai Emery sat with the media in his pre-match press conference ahead of Arsenal’s next league game against Bournemouth at the Emirates tomorrow night.
The Gunners got the better of Southampton on Sunday to move ahead of Manchester United into fourth position in the table. However, things are tight in the race for a top-four finish, and they therefore must capitalise on this opportunity and keep winning their games.
Especially with the North London Derby coming up on Saturday, a win against the Cherries would set them up in the right way for that game. Eddie Howe’s men play good football and like to hit teams on the counter. Thus, the Arsenal back-line has to be solid, otherwise there will be no clean sheet for Bernd Leno.
In the presser, Emery talks about tomorrow’s opponents, possible arrival of Monchi as the club’s technical director and a few players who are in the spotlight at the moment for various footballing reasons.
