Arsenal’s head of recruitment Sven Mislintat has reportedly emerged as a target for Bayern Munich.
According to claims from the Independent, the talent-spotter could make a return to the Bundesliga in the near future with the German giants looking to lure him away from the Emirates Stadium.
It was reported on Tuesday that the Gunners’ hierarchy could part company with the former Borussia Dortmund man as part of upheaval among the backroom staff.

The Independent’s report indicates that Mislintat’s working relationship with Raul Sanllehi, Arsenal’s director of football, has been rocky in recent times, prompting talk of a potential exit in the near future.
It is claimed that the 46-year-old has been left frustrated by the neglect displayed towards several strong recommendations regarding signings for the club.
This frustration has only been enhanced by Arsenal manager Unai Emery reportedly taking on a more involved role in the club’s dealings than what was initially anticipated by Mislintat following his move.
