Inter Milan have joined the race to sign reported Arsenal target Joachim Andersen from Sampdoria, according to claims from Calciomercato.
The Gunners have been linked with a move for the central defender in recent times as he continues to impress in the heart of the Sampdoria back-line this season.
Andersen has been tipped for big things following his emergence as a key player for Sampdoria. His form for the Serie A side has also seemingly prompted interest from elsewhere, with Inter the latest club to have been touted as a potential destination.

Sampdoria have conceded only four goals this season and Andersen has played a pivotal role in the team’s defensively solid displays.
It’s unlikely that Marco Giampaolo and his men will want to see Andersen depart in the near future, but interest is progressively building in the Denmark international as the January transfer window approaches.
Calciomercato’s report indicates that Inter Milan sporting director Piero Ausilio is a known admirer of Andersen’s qualities, with the long list of potential suitors for the defender continuing to grow.
