Steven Nzonzi has informed Sevilla of his desire to leave the club this summer following talks with Arsenal.
Rablat Cedric of Foot Mercato reports that both Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing the player.
The Gunners have held talks over a potential deal, but are looking to negotiate a cut-price fee.

The player has a £35 million release clause, but Arsenal are unwilling to pay that much for him.
Nzonzi is a player that Unai Emery knows well from his time with Sevilla and has been keen to bring him to London since he arrived at the club.
The Frenchman would certainly fill a void at Arsenal, with the Gunners lacking a solid defensive option in the middle of the park for some time.
The Gunners have already strengthened in midfield so far this summer with the additions of Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi from Lorient.
