Sokratis Papastathopoulos’s proposed move to Arsenal is ‘not completely finished’, according to Dortmund’s sporting director Michael Zorc.
Speaking to German outlet Revier Sport, Zorc provided an update on the Greek’s proposed move to the Emirates.
It tends to go there, that’s right. But things are not completely finalised yet.

Previous reports have suggested that a deal to take Sokratis to the Emirates was all but complete, but the Bundesliga side wanted to wait until July to confirm the deal.
There had been some concerns that a deal had gone cold following the delay in any official announcement.
A £16 million fee has reportedly been agreed between two clubs, but Dortmund have been keen to wait until the new financial year.
The defender looks set to become the next player to make the move from Dortmund to Arsenal.
He will follow Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and former Dortmund star Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who joined from Manchester United.
