Arsenal have made final contract offer to Jack Wilshere

Jack Wilshere is reportedly facing the incredibly sad future what awaits him, which is leaving his childhood team Arsenal, as the Gunners have made their final offer to the midfielder, according to The Mirror.

Arsene Wenger said that contract negotiations with Wilshere would begin in early December, but still he hasn’t put pen to paper.

This is reportedly because the contract offered to Wilshere is wirth £90,000 per week, which is a lower than his current £110,000 per week contract.

Wilshere is unhappy about this as he was told last summer after returning from his loan at AFC Bournemouth that he could leave, but instead he fought and made himself a crucial player for the Arsenal side.

This is added to the fact that Mesut Ozil has been given a £350,000 per week contract, making him the highest paid Arsenal player in history.

Arsenal’s new chief in contract negotiations, Huss Fahmy, is refusing to negotiate with Wilshere over a contract, and as such, the 26-year-old looks to leave the Emirates now.

It is believed that Italian giants Juventus and AC Milan, who Arsenal defeated in the last round of the Europa League, are keen on him, but Wilshere is keen to stay in the Premier League.

Domestically, both Merseyside clubs, Liverpool and Everton, along with Manchester City and West Ham have shown keen interest in him. So the future doesn’t look great now, as Arsenal will have to look for a replacement for their fan favourite.
