Arsenal attacker Alex Iwobi has given advice to his fellow young team-mates who have been selected in the Arsenal squad for their UEFA Europa League clash against BATE Borisov in Belarus tonight by saying they should “enjoy” their experience, according to a report in the Evening Standard.
Iwobi misses the game through a thigh injury but the 21-year-old is confident that his fellow young guns can produce a top quality display.

Iwobi said: “What advice do I give them? The same I have been given: just enjoy and express yourself. As long as you do the basics well, your ability will come through. Even in training, we are getting some new faces coming in. There is a lot of young talent.”
The Nigerian international went through a similar process himself and his confident displays meant that he was a regular for the first team last season.
Gunners’ boss Arsene Wenger has left many of his experienced players in North London, with Alexis Sanches, Laurent Koscielny and Mesut Ozil all being rested.
This provides an opportunity for the youngsters to step in and show Wenger that they are capable of fighting for a place in the first team squad.
Wenger said: “You do not get 10 opportunities to play for Arsenal. If you only play 20 minutes, you have to show you have the qualities to do it.”
