Chuba Akpom has a dream of playing regularly for Arsenal, according to reports. The 20-year-old centre forward is currently at Championship side Hull City on loan from the Gunners and has impressed Steve Bruce and co. during his time at the club.
Akpom has scored seven goals and picked up three assists during his time at the Championship club but has struggled to get into the first-team as of late, with Isaac Hayden, also on loan from Arsene Wenger’s side, suffering from the same fate.

Arsenal have a number of strikers at the club but are struggling to find consistency in front of goal, with Olivier Giroud having failed to score in the league since January, Danny Welbeck featuring only in the latter stages of the current campaign and Theo Walcott starting the season in good form but fading out.
With the likes of Stephy Mavididi, Donyell Malen and a host of other talents impressing in the youth ranks, it’s viable that any of them could break into the first-team in the coming seasons and according to Goal, Akpom’s representatives are confident that the striker will ‘achieve his dream’.

Akpom is doing very well at Hull City and Arsenal have been looking at his progress with the club. I am certain that they will recall him at the end of the season, and if he is able to have another wonderful pre-season, just like he had last season, you never can know the prospects ahead of him.
He is calm about everything and he is going about his quest to become a notable Arsenal star with utmost humility. He has continued to work harder to ensure that he realises his dream of playing more regularly for the club.

Akpom is set to return to north London in the summer and will have a pre-season to try and prove himself a worthy player for Wenger to keep on the books.
