Jack Wilshere’s return to the Arsenal first-team is on the horizon and he’ll be back playing top level football after just two more games with the under-21s, according to the Mirror.
The midfielder played over an hour against Newcastle United last week and he’s expected to line up again for the youngsters against Swansea City and West Brom on Thursday and Monday respectively.
Wilshere has been missing all season for the Gunners, having fractured his leg way back in August during a training session.

Despite the 24-year-old not kicking a ball under Arsene Wenger this campaign, he’s still positive about his own chances of making England’s Euro 2016 squad.
I have said before I want to go to the Euros and I know that I have to get back into the Arsenal team. I have to persuade the England manager and Arsene Wenger that I should play.
On being back playing again, Wilshere took positives from the game against Newcastle.

I felt good. It is nice to be back at Emirates Stadium and play my first game. I know that I’m not there yet – not quite ready to play in the first team but it is another step closer to my fitness.
A likely target date for the Englishman is the Premier League game against Sunderland on April 24th. If unscathed in the previously mentioned under-21 games, he may well be in contention to make his full return.
