This weekend, Arsenal continue their defence of the FA Cup title against Watford. Normally, this game wouldn’t have seemed troubling in the slightest, but despite a 4-0 demolition of Hull City midweek, the Gunners have looked far from their best in recent weeks.
The FA Cup is Arsenal’s most realistic chance of silverware this season – despite still being in the race for the Premier League – and so it is likely that Arsene Wenger will try and field a strong team so as not to allow room for error and secure progression to the next round.
Arsenal attackers Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott both broke their goalless streaks with braces against Hull earlier in the week and so the Gunners faithful will be hoping that the pair can reproduce such magnificent performances so as to earn a positive win over Watford.
Watford will not be pushovers, though, as they have shown in the Premier League they are a very strong side, so how exactly can Arsenal go about beating them?
