Over the next 11 days, Arsenal will have to play five football matches, which is a lot for any team to handle. Thankfully, the FA Cup fifth round replay against Hull City is the first of these fixtures and so can hopefully boost the confidence of the team who have looked far from their best in recent weeks.
In the last match these two played, neither team could find a breakthrough, leaving the match at a miserable 0-0 come full-time. As current title holders, Arsenal will be very confident in the ability to brush aside Steve Bruce’s team; whom they have played in each of the last two seasons in the competition.
Hull are not in the best form of their lives, having won only one of their last five games in the Championship. Meanwhile, the Gunners are yet to break their run of winless games, which currently stands at five matches.
Arsenal fans will no doubt be hoping that their side can finally turn their season around and earn themselves a win – and what better competition to do just that than the FA Cup, which they have won more times than any other side, but how exactly can they beat Hull?
