The 19-year-old tested himself amongst the likes of Alexis Sanchez, Mesut Ozil and Danny Welbeck, while 18-year-old striker Chris Willock also joined in with the first-team.

While it’s unlikely the two will be involved on Tuesday evening, training with the first-team will have been a good experience for both.

Arsenal captain Mikel Arteta was also in training but is not expected to be in Tuesday’s squad, with no changes from the 18-man strong side that face Tottenham expected bar the addition of Alex Iwobi for Francis Coquelin.
