This summer, Watford are reportedly planning for life after striker Odion Ighalo. According to the Independent, Quique Sanchez Flores has identified Isaac Success as the man to take over from the impressive centre forward’s role at the club.

Anticipating big clubs in the ilk of Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea luring the Nigerian away from Vicarage Road, the Hornets have targeted 20-year-old Success to try and fill the void.

Ighalo’s 20 goals powered Watford’s promotion to the Premier League last season, on top of that, the 26-year-old has added another 15 goals (in all competitions) this year to solidify Sanchez Flores’s side amid the top half of the Premier League. The Hornets are currently in 9th place and are keen on remaining in the top flight for years to come.

The move for Success appears to make viable sense due to the fact that the 20-year-old striker, currently of Granada, the club owned by Gino Pozzo, who also has ownership of the north West London side.
