Arsenal full-back Tafari Moore has confirmed his ambitions to leave the club next season on loan.
The England under-17 regular recently signed a new long-term contract with the north London club but is looking to push on and gain some first-team football elsewhere.
Currently occupying the right-back spot at Arsenal is 20-year-old Hector Bellerin, who broke into the team a year ago alongside Francis Coquelin and has since gone on to become a fan favourite.
With the Spaniard having his best years ahead of him, it’s unlikely Moore’s progression with the Gunners would be immediate, meaning seeking a loan move elsewhere could be the only viable option for the player.
Having recently recovered from a hip injury which kept him out of action for some time, as reported by the club’s official website, the 18-year-old admitted signing a new contract at Arsenal was a ‘huge boost’ to his confidence.

I received a massive boost shortly after when the club offered me a two year extension to my contract which I signed a couple of weeks ago.
I was so happy – the timing was perfect.
It has further spurred me on to make sure I come back stronger.
I definitely believe I am a better player now and although it may sound strange, the injury helped.
My targets from last season have been brought forward and I mainly want to make my debut for the first team in 2016 and go out on loan next season.
I need to be out of my comfort zone and need the challenge that first-team football will bring and hopefully that will come early next season.

Moore is a regular in the under-21s side and has shown vast potential in his play, however, with ambitions of making an appearance for the first team this year, a loan move could be the most realistic option.
