Eddie Nketiah has tried to make an impression at Arsenal after starting in several games under Mikel Arteta but it is thought that the Gunners are now considering sending the forward out on loan again.
The 21-year-old was sent out on loan last season to newly promoted Leeds and enjoyed a great start to the season scoring three goals in the first eight games but Arsenal ended up recalling him due to his lack of game time.
According to the Telegraph, Newcastle are now interested in taking the striker on loan, as they look to boost their strike force for the upcoming campaign.

Nketiah should be feeling very confident after his superb performance for England Under 21s, where he scored a hattrick in a 6-0 win against Kosovo.
As it stands, loaning the 21-year-old out would be a risk as Arsenal aren’t blessed with options upfront as Gabriel Martinelli is injured and Alexandre Lacazette looks to be out of favour.
However, if Arteta decides that a loan is what’s best for Nketiah, then Newcastle could be a good destination as the forward would be playing Premier League football and he’d be joining a team who are in desparate need of a consistent striker, so he should see plenty of action too.
