A number of Arsenal fans have reacted to a report linking the club with a move for Stoke City centre-back Nathan Collins.
According to Football London, both Arsenal and Chelsea have been keeping tabs on Collins as they weigh up summer swoops for the defender.
The report claims that both clubs will also continue to watch Collins when football is resumed.
Collins has made nine appearances in the Championship for Stoke this season and has already captained the club, despite being just 18. He has played 12 games in all competitions for Stoke, scoring once – in the FA Cup.
The 6ft 5 defender has clearly caught the eye of Arsenal’s scouts, but there is little data regarding his performances for Stoke – making a judgement on his ability difficult at this moment in time. However, he has captained Stoke already, showing a maturity to his game.
