Several Arsenal fans are keen to see the club pursue a loan move for Real Madrid forward Luka Jovic this summer, following transfer speculation linking the Gunners with an offer.
Star Sport claim that the Serbia international has caught the eye of Mikel Arteta this season, and with the forward having failed to impress in the Spanish capital, Arsenal could look to offer him an escape route at the Emirates.
After scoring an impressive 27 goals in 48 appearances for Eintracht Frankfurt last season, Jovic made the move to the Santiago Bernabeu for £60million, where he has managed just two goals in 15 for Zinedine Zidane’s men.
With Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s future in north London appearing to be uncertain currently, the Gunners must consider options to replace the Gabon international if he does leave, and Jovic appears to be a prime candidate for Arteta.
Taking to social media, a number of Arsenal fans have voiced their approval for the Gunners to pursue the 22-year old this summer, who is valued at £36m by Transfermarkt.
