Several Celtic have claimed that Arsenal aren’t good enough for Odsonne Edouard, following the Gunners reportedly registering an interest in the forward.
Mirror Sport reported over the weekend that Arsenal were keen on doing business with the Hoops for in-form Edouard this summer, who has pulled up trees in Glasgow this season.
The 22-year old, who The Celtic Star claim will cost Arsenal around £50 million this summer, has been in fine form for the Scottish champions this season. Edouard has scored an impressive 21 goals in 27 league games, while he has also managed to contribute with 12 assists.
Edouard only cost Celtic £9 million from Paris Saint-Germain almost two years ago, and the Bhoys could be set to make a huge profit on their investment in the upcoming summer transfer window.
However, while many Celtic fans are resigned to losing the Frenchman, a number of supporters have taken to social media to express their thoughts on how Arsenal shouldn’t be the club to take Edouard away from Paradise.
