“Perfect” – Arsenal fans hoping Arteta starts Nelson against Leeds

Plenty of Arsenal fans are hoping to see Reiss Nelson from the off against Leeds United this evening.

The Gunners host the Championship leaders in the final FA Cup tie of the weekend, with both sides set to shuffle their respective line ups.

One man who has been a regular under Mikel Arteta is Nelson.

The young winger, who started against Bournemouth and Chelsea, was replaced in the XI by Nicolas Pepe in the 2-0 win over Manchester United.

The club-record signing starred against the Red Devils on New Year’s Day and looks set to retain his place in the side on the weekend against Crystal Palace.

One Arsenal fan was hoping to see Pepe start against Marcelo Bielsa’s side, however, these supporters want to see Nelson back in the starting XI at the Emirates.

Arteta will more than likely name a young side this evening, and there’s every chance that Nelson will return to the fold.

He’s impressed in the Spaniard’s opening games in charge, and a positive performance against Leeds will help his claim for another start in the Premier League.
