Arsenal are said to have a ‘strong interest’ in making a move for Ajax talisman Hakim Ziyech this month.
The 26-year-old was frequently linked with a move to the Emirates last summer, with many calling for Arsenal to reignite their interest this month.
And those prayers appear to have been answered, with Twitter user @afcstuff citing Italian outlet Calcio Mercato as suggesting Arsenal have expressed a ‘strong interest’ in signing Ziyech this month.
The post suggests Ajax are willing to allow the 26-year-old to leave the club for a fee of €50million Euros.

Ziyech has been linked with a number of clubs since last summer, given his excellent form for Ajax.
The Morocco international has already amassed a staggering 21 assists in all competitions this season in just 28 games, with the versatile attacker also finding the back of the net on eight occasions.
And despite Mikel Arteta already having a number of excellent attacking options at his disposal, strengthening with Ziyech could be a smart piece of business in January.
