Mikel Arteta has confirmed that he’ll hold talks with returning striker Eddie Nketiah today following his spell at Leeds United.
As reported by talkSPORT, Nketiah is poised to return to the Emirates this month after failing to breakthrough at Elland Road under Marcelo Bielsa.
Arsenal were unhappy about the minimal amount of game time that he was receiving with the Championship leaders and between them the pair will now decide on the striker’s next move.

It was previously reported that the possibility of remaining at the Emirates during the second half of the season had not been ruled out.
Arteta may be tempted to keep hold of the player after the club’s unfortunate run of injuries.
Arsenal are not blessed with a wealth of options in the final third beyond Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, something that may sway a decision to keep Nketiah.
However, it could be in the striker’s best interests to move on again, unless the Gunners can promise regular game time.
If Nketiah can be afforded game time in the cup competitions, regular minutes off the bench in the Premier League – then staying in North London will help him get his season back on track.
Having missed so much football during the first half of the campaign, Nketiah needs to hit the ground running in 2020 to make this season worthwhile.
