Members of the Arsenal fanbase have been left amazed at Granit Xhaka’s rapid transformation under new manager Mikel Arteta.
The Swiss midfielder was excellent against Manchester United on Wednesday night and now looks increasingly likely to stay at the club.
Despite previously being heavily linked with a January move to Hertha Berlin, Arteta has called on the player to stay put and now these fans on social media are saying the same thing.

Mikel Arteta looks like he may have saved Xhaka’s Arsenal career, for now at least.
The midfielder was all smiles after the 2-0 win against Manchester United and his role in the victory was crucial.
Xhaka helped dictate play and was a cool head during the latter stages of the game as the visitors tried to take advantage of the nervous atmosphere that surrounded the Emirates.
From the get-go, Arteta has been keen to keep Xhaka at the club and has clearly seen something he likes. If performances like the one against Manchester United continue, supporters certainly won’t mind that decision.
