Manchester United missed out on signing long-term target Erling Braut Haaland, with Borussia Dortmund announcing a deal for the teenage forward on Sunday.
The 19-year-old was thought to be one of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s key January targets as he looks to bolster the Red Devils’ attacking ranks.

And after United missed out on Haaland, reports are suggesting they could now rival Arsenal for Lyon’s Moussa Dembele.
The 23-year-old, who is thought to be Mikel Arteta’s ‘priority’ signing, has been earmarked as a strong alternative to Haaland, according to the Daily Mail, cited by the Daily Express.
Dembele has scored 10 times in 18 Ligue 1 appearances and the two Premier League heavyweights could now do battle for his services.

Arsenal are keen on strengthening in the final third due to the uncertain futures of both Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Dembele appears to be that long-term option to lead the line at the Emirates, with the striker taking his game up a notch since moving from Celtic.
However, if the Gunners are to land the powerful forward, they may now have to act fast or risk losing out to United.
