Granit Xhaka has agreed personal terms with Hertha Berlin ahead of a proposed January move.
That’s according to German outlet FussballTransfers, cited by Daily Cannon, who claim that the Swiss star has reached an agreement with the Bundesliga side.

The report claims that both Hertha and Arsenal haven’t agreed on a fee yet, however, they are expected to reach one soon.
Xhaka has been heavily tipped to leave the Emirates ever since his public falling out with the Gunners faithful back in October.
The Swiss star has returned to the squad under interim boss Freddie Ljungberg, however, he looks set to become Mikel Arteta’s first high-profile exit.

Even with the latest ongoings between Xhaka and the club, the news isn’t ideal for Arteta.
The 27-year-old is one of the experienced heads in midfield in north London, and if he does leave, you’d think a replacement would need to come in.
New boss Arteta could be a busy man in the window next month, and he may need to add a new holding midfielder to his transfer wishlist.
