Arsenal were beaten 3-0 by Manchester City on Sunday, in a one-sided contest at the Emirates.
Kevin De Bruyne scored twice and Raheem Sterling added another, as the champions cruised to victory in north London.
Arsenal were insipid throughout the contest and Ozil’s performance summed up that of the team’s.
The German failed to have an impact on proceedings and was substituted early in the second half, kicking his gloves towards the home fans in anger.

On top of that, the 31-year-old’s attitude some become increasingly questionable – he looks disinterested at times on Sunday.
The time has arguably come for him to move on, as his influence continues to diminish.
