Several Arsenal fans have expressed a mixture of feelings going into their club’s clash against Manchester City this weekend.
The Gunners won their first game in their last ten against West Ham on Monday, coming from behind to win 3-1 at the London Stadium, and their next league game will see them host the reigning Premier League champions at the Emirates.
City have been inconsistent in recent weeks, but Arsenal’s form pales in comparison to Pep Guardiola’s side, as Unai Emery was replaced as manager after a lengthy stretch of games without a win.

Freddie Ljungberg will be in the dugout for the Gunners as they take on the Cityzens, who themselves will be desperate to win in a bid to keep in touch with league leaders Liverpool.
While some fans have jovially declared on social media that their club can take on City off the back of the West Ham win, others are more concerned about the game to come.

On the surface, it looks as if Arsenal have little chance of beating Manchester City, however their form does even the playing field.
If City turn up and put in their best performance, the Gunners won’t come close to competing, but as City are so inconsistent as of late, the hosts will fancy their chances.
Arsenal may miss a number of first team players for this fixture which could prove to be difficult for the club, but after beating West Ham, Ljungberg will be determined to carry momentum into the game in North London.
