Arsenal came back from a torrid first half to beat West Ham 3-1 at the London Stadium.
This was their first league win in 63 days and comes as a massive relief to the players and interim manager Freddie Ljungberg.
Angelo Ogbonna scored for the Hammers in the first half, but goals from Gabrielle Martinelli, Nicolas Pepe and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang after the break settled the issue in favour of the Gunners.
In a first half where Arsenal lacked anything in their game, Ogbonna compounded miseries by heading West Ham ahead in the 38th minute.
The away side responded at the hour mark with Martinelli scoring after a lovely team move.
Then, six minutes later, Pepe took on Arthur Masuaku and curled in a beauty past the West Ham keeper.
The club-record signing then set up a goal for Aubameyang in the 69th minute to finish the game off once it for all.
A massive relief for Freddie and his men once the full-time whistle was blown.
Here’s how we rated the Arsenal players after the game:
Bernd Leno - 7
The German couldn’t have done much to save the deflected goal. Other than that, he wasn’t tested much and his kicking was assured.
Ainsley Maitland-Niles - 7
Filling in for injured Hector Bellerin, who went down in the warm-ups, Maitland-Niles did a decent job at right-back. Got forward when required and defended well.
Calum Chambers - 7
A competent display from Chambers, where he didn’t have to do too much defensively, but he did his job well when asked to.
Sokratis - 6
He struggled with the ball at his feet sometimes, but did well when asked to defend the box.
Kieran Tierney - 3
Started the game without much confidence and had to be subbed off after picking up a shoulder injury at the half-hour mark. It seems like a possible long-term absence for the Scotsman.
Granit Xhaka - 5
The Swiss captain had a very odd game, where his passing was way too erratic at times. However, his positioning off the ball was decent. Should have done better to stop Ogbonna from scoring though. Had to be subbed off later on after being hit on the head by the ball.
Lucas Torreira - 6
The Uruguay international was quiet in the first half, but sprung to life after Arsenal scored those goals and looked very lively thereafter.
Nicolas Pepe - 9
Making his first league start in a while, Pepe looked dangerous from minute one and turned on the screws after half-time. Scored a fantastic goal to get Arsenal ahead, and his chipped assist for Aubameyang was mesmerising. Subbed off, later on, to warm applause from the away supporters.
Mesut Ozil - 5
Didn’t do much off the ball and lacked the cutting on it as well. Missed a good chance to put Arsenal ahead in the first half.
Gabrielle Martinelli - 7
The youngster was very quiet in the first half, but pulled strings together and scored the equaliser to spark a fantastic come back for the team in the second half.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang - 7
Just like most of his teammates, the captain had a quiet first half. But, he rose to the demands after the break, scored a good goal and stretched the West Ham back-line at every given possibility.
(SUB) Sead Kolasinac - 8
Came on for Tierney at the half-hour mark and had a steady game defensively. Assisted the Martinelli goal to start the come back in the second half.
(SUB) Matteo Guendouzi - N/A
Came on in the 86th minute and had very little to do.
(SUB) Reiss Nelson - N/A
The youngster came on in the 88th minute and had nothing to do to change an already dead game.
