Leicester City defender Caglar Soyuncu continued his excellent recent form on Sunday, helping the Foxes to an eighth straight Premier League win.
The 23-year-old played alongside Jonny Evans in the 4-1 win over Aston Villa at Villa Park, with Brendan Rodgers’ side reducing the gap to Liverpool at the top of the table to eight points.
The Turk was tipped to move to the Emirates back in 2018, however, according to reports, Unai Emery pulled out of a move after being impressed with Callum Chambers.
And these Arsenal fans took to social media on Sunday to heap praise on the defender, ruing the club’s decision to pass up on a transfer last year.

Leicester secured Soyuncu’s services for just £19 million, a deal which now looks a great piece of business.
The Gunners’ transfer business, on the other hand, has been fairly poor, with big-money signings failing to deliver upon their arrival.
If Arsenal were to go back in for Soyuncu over the next six months, they would be looking at a huge transfer fee, so it looks as if they’ve missed their best chance.
