Freddie Ljungberg began his tenure as Arsenal’s interim head coach with a 2-2 draw against Norwich City on Sunday.
The Swede failed to get the Gunners back to winning ways, which led to plenty of fans discussing who they’d like to see replace Unai Emery on a full-time basis.

One name that surprisingly came up on the well-known fan account AFTV Media was Chris Wilder.
A supporter insisted that the Sheffield United boss should be considered to replace Emery following the work he’s done with Oxford United, Northampton Town and the Blades.
The claims for Wilder to take over at the Emirates were shared on social media, but they didn’t go down well with these Arsenal fans.

Wilder has worked wonders with his Blades side over recent years and is finally getting the praise he deserves in the top flight.
However, he’s worked with a British core in Yorkshire and has demanded a tireless work rate from each individual to succeed.
Whether he’d be able to get that out of this current Arsenal side is another question.
The Gunners could be better off targeting an experienced boss who’s managed some of Europe’s elite over the no-nonsense 52-year-old.
