Arsenal have reportedly turned their attention towards Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo as a potential Unai Emery replacement.
The Daily Mail reports that as a result of Jorge Mendes’ relationship with Raul Sanllehi, a swoop could be favourable for the Gunners with the former representing the Portuguese manager.
Emery is now under serious pressure at the Emirates, with it becoming a case of when and not if the manager is sacked.
Santo has won plenty of admirers for the job he has done at Wolves after guiding them to promotion and into the Europa League.

Nuno’s stock has risen quite nicely during his time in the Premier League and as a result of the work he has done at Wolves, he has previously been linked with some big jobs.
The links to Jorge Mendes could also benefit Arsenal. You only have to look at some of the players that Wolves themselves have been able to attract from the Portuguese connections at the club.

He may not be the biggest name on the market, but he does have Premier League experience under his belt and a clear tactical identity – something the Gunners have seriously lacked this season.
