Martin Keown has suggested that Arsenal will be at risk of losing their key players if they fail to qualify for the Champions League this season.
According to the Express, Keown told the Metro that the likes of Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang could both leave the club if the Gunners are not “successful” this season.
Well it’s imperative that you hang onto your best players. That’s always the first thing every summer – you want to keep your players first and then add to it.

You wouldn’t want to lose Aubameyang or Lacazette but they’ll only stay if Arsenal are successful. There’s no time to lose for Arsenal, they have to go to work very quickly. There could be some difficult decisions ahead.

Clearly being successful on the pitch will influence Arsenal’s key figures to stay at the club, but that looks a long way off given the Gunners’ recent form.
Unai Emery’s side are without a win in their last five in all competitions and are currently eighth in the league, as pressure continues to mount of the Arsenal boss.
The Gunners will be looking to turn that form around when they host Eintracht Frankfurt on Thursday however, in their push to finish top of Group F.
