Arsenal youngster Eddie Nketiah is currently on loan at Championship club Leeds United.
The forward has earned high praise for some important goals for Marcelo Bielsa’s side this season.

However, according to HITC, Leeds are eyeing a move for Burnley striker Matej Vydra in the January transfer window, which could be bad news for Nketiah.
The 20-year-old has netted three times in the Championship this season and also got his name on the scoresheet twice in the EFL Cup first round against Salford City.
Why is Leeds’ interest in Vydra a blow for Nketiah?

If Leeds sign Vydra then Nketiah’s chances of getting more playing time will be reduced.
Fans and pundits have already been frustrated with Nketia’s lack of starts for Leeds this season and the addition of another forward would mean his place in the squad would be at risk.
He needs to continue working hard and show Bielsa that he doesn’t need to sign another forward.
