Arsenal and Manchester United reportedly hold an advantage in the race to sign Merih Demiral from Juventus.
According to Italian outlet Corriere Torino, as relayed by Sport Witness, Milan have joined the two Premier League sides in expressing an interest in the player.
The sticking point for the San Siro outfit comes at the €35 million asking price, a fee they simply aren’t prepared to meet.
Both United and Arsenal are said to be willing to do so, with a January move not being ruled out.

It looks like both Arsenal and United will be given a clear path to try and sign Demiral in January, with Maurizio Sarri reportedly unimpressed by the player.
This would leave the Turkish international with a decision to make and Arsenal will be hoping they’re the more appealing destination.
At Old Trafford, Demiral would be vying for just one defensive spot, with Harry Maguire always likely to start whenever he’s fully fit.
Whereas at Arsenal, there could be a host of defensive changes over the coming months, with nobody’s position particularly safe in the centre-back roles.
In the very near future, there could be an opening for him to nail down a regular starting spot at the Emirates, something he has failed to do in Turin.
