Arsenal fans have responded to Thierry Henry’s latest comments on club-record signing Nicolas Pepe.
The 24-year-old has struggled to make the desired impact after joining from Lille in a deal worth £72m over the summer.
Pepe’s inconsistent displays have resulted in plenty of criticism from several Arsenal supporters, who were hoping to see more from the Ivorian.

Henry, who’s recently taken charge at MLS franchise Montreal Impact, weighed in with his views on Pepe, claiming people need to forget about his price tag.
His positive comments were shared by @AFTVMedia, but they didn’t go down well with these supporters.

Pepe was never fully fit during the early stages of the season, and that didn’t help his case when trying to make an instant impact.
He’s shown glimpses of brilliance in recent months, and with fans still on his back, he may continue to blow hot and cold.
The best thing Arsenal fans can do is to get behind their club-record signing, and, eventually, we’re sure he’ll come good.
