West Brom forward Rico Richards has recently caught the eye of Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City and Tottenham officials.
And according to the Express and Star, the Baggies have now offered the teenager a new deal at The Hawthorns as a result of the interest from the Premier League heavyweights.
Richards, who only turned 16 in September, has been tipped to become the next big thing in the Midlands and the Baggies are desperate to keep hold of his services.
He can play as a forward, number 10 or on the wing, and has already been training with the club’s Under-23 side while also representing England at U17 level.

The Baggies have recently lost two promising youngsters, so there’s no surprise to learn that they’re doing everything they can to keep hold of Richards.
Louie Barry left to join Barcelona’s famous La Masia academy, while Morgan Rogers joined Manchester City.
There’s no guarantee that Richards will put pen to paper on a new deal, but if Arsenal make their move in the new year, he may decide to leave for London to link up with the Gunners’ highly thought of academy.
