Arsenal continued their bad form in the league after suffering a 2-0 loss to Leicester City away at the King Power Stadium.
Jamie Vardy and James Maddison were the scorers for the Foxes, who in all honesty, deserved to win the game.
The first half saw Leicester have plenty of possession, with Arsenal looking to soak up pressure and play on the counter. However, things weren’t stitching for them in the final third.
The start of the second half was much better from the Gunners’ viewpoint, but they didn’t manage to muster enough opportunities at the Leicester goal.
Eventually, in the 68th minute, the home side played some lovely one-touch football to open Arsenal up and Vardy was there to finish the move off.
Leicester kept on going for another goal and they got one seven minutes later. This time it was Vardy setting up Maddison, who made it 2-0 with a fantastic finish.
Arsenal were never really in the game and deserved this defeat. Unai Emery’s job must be at risk now.
