Arsenal fans have reacted to Emmanuel Petit’s outburst at Unai Emery, and it’s fair to say that plenty of supporters are in agreement with the former midfielder.
The 49-year-old addressed the current situation at the Emirates in an astonishing rant following the 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace.
Petit, who won the double in north London under Arsene Wenger during the 1997/98 campaign, spoke at length regarding his former side, with Arsenal fan @PatrickTimmons1 sharing some of the Frenchman’s best quotes.

This led to plenty of Gunners supporters sharing their views, with many backing Petit’s bold comments.

The change of manager hasn’t appeared to have done the trick at the Emirates, and it’s difficult to see where the Gunners go from here.
What doesn’t help is a former star publicly hitting out at the current situation, but everything Petit has said is sadly true.
The next two months will be vital regarding Arsenal’s immediate future.
Continue to struggle and they could miss out on Champions League football yet again, which this time, could have serious implications with their own star men next summer.
However, if they can turn things around before the new year, a top-four finish could well be a realistic target, and managing to do so could be the catalyst to the Gunners’ long-term future.
