It’s easy to understand why these Gunners supporters are buzzing over the news.

Zakaria’s powerful physique is made for the Premier League. He’s been likened to Patrick Vieira, a figure Arsenal have missed in midfield for some time.

The youngster is also technically sound, and at a possible fee of just €50 million, it could turn out to be a steal.

The Gunners will more than likely have to qualify for the Champions League in order to have any chance of signing the towering midfielder, so the next seven months appear crucial in regards to Arsenal’s chances of keeping hold of their star men and looking to add more quality next summer.
