Fans are shocked as Petr Cech has announced a new career path after retiring from football at the end of last season.
The Czech goalkeeper, who enjoyed several seasons at Arsenal, has signed as a netminder for ice hockey side Guildford Phoenix.

This is certainly a surprising career path for the former Arsenal man, but he has admitted he is a big fan of the sport after watching it a lot as a child.
