Arsenal fans have once again vented their frustrations towards VAR after the Gunners were not awarded a penalty against Bournemouth.
Nicolas Pepe appeared to be taken down inside the box by Bournemouth’s Diego Rico, but no penalty was given.
As per footage that has been doing the rounds on social media, contact appears to be made inside the area and these fans think that it should’ve been given.

These Arsenal fans are all saying the same thing about Sadio Mane’s penalty decision at Anfield on Saturday.
That was also a controversial one, but one that turned out in Liverpool’s favour.
VAR checked it during the final minutes at Anfield, so it has left these Arsenal fans scratching their head a little. They clearly didn’t see enough contact on Pepe to warrant a penalty.
Perhaps a different angle than the one that these Arsenal fans have seen could show the incident in a different light, but that doesn’t take away from the frustrations of these supporters.
VAR has been a controversial addition to the Premier League and the odd inconsistencies in the decision making process is not helping supporters.
