Former Arsenal man Alexis Sanchez continued his good individual form with new side Inter Milan on Wednesday, and his display against Barcelona didn’t go unnoticed across the footballing world.
The 30-year-old set up striker Lautaro Martinez in just the third minute at the Nou Camp to give Antonio Conte’s side a shock lead.
Sanchez was then replaced just after the hour mark following Luis Suarez’s equaliser, and the former Liverpool striker won it late on, converting Lionel Messi’s excellent assist.
However, fans across the world were quick to take note of another impressive display from Sanchez, sharing their views on the Manchester United loanee on social media.

I’m sure plenty of Gunners fans will be happy for the former Arsenal star, who appears to be getting back to his best under former Chelsea boss Conte.
He followed up his goalscoring debut against Fiorentina with a solid display on the biggest stage against the La Liga champions, and Manchester United fans will be wondering where those kind of displays were during his time at Old Trafford.
Meanwhile, Arsenal fans will be hoping that he can continue his good form, but they’ll be secretly wishing that he doesn’t return to Manchester in the same mood he been in with his new side.
